- **CPU:** Intel Core i5 6th gen or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or better

- **RAM:** 8 GB minimum, 16 GB recommended

- **Storage:** 2–8 GB free, depending on the model

- **GPU:** not required. Optional for faster local models (CUDA supported)

- **Recommended:** Core i7 / Ryzen 7, 16 GB RAM, dedicated GPU

Internet is needed on first launch to download the AI model, and for online voices or external API providers. For a fully local setup, choose an Ollama model and a local voice.
